What is the University Sponsorship Program?

The University Sponsorship program allows universities and educational institutions worldwide to leverage our technology to benefit and enrich their educational curriculum. The programs allows for educational institutions to partner with us in providing our software solution free of cost to all the students and faculty members for educational use.

Is this available to Universities and educational institutions outside the US?

Yes!

Do each of the faculty and students get their own account (username/password) or it it shared?

Every user of the system gets their own account. Students and faculty members register with their unique username and password. We generally require that they signup with a university assigned email address for automatic validation of their status.

How long can the students and faculty members have access?

Currently we are giving away a 1 year license.

What about the security and confidentiality of the data?

We do not sell or make available your data to anyone else. Please see our privacy and security policy.

Will the students and facutly get notified before the license expires? Can the data be downloaded before?

Automatic notifications are sent to all users 30 days and 15 days prior to their license expiry. Moreover users can download the data anytime and as many times as they want.

What about support and documentation?

We've designed the system as a self-service offering. There are over 350 context sensitive help items available. University Sponsorship Licenses do not come with any support.

I cannot put a link to SurveyAnalytics on my University Website. Can we still get the University Sponsorship License?

No - This is a basic and minimum requirement and is not negotiable.

What happens after the 1 year?

We generally extend university licenses if there are no material breaches and are in compliance with all the rules and regulations of the University License.
