Broadcast Email - Community

Broadcast email helps to send a normal email to the members. We can use the filter option to send the email to a particular sample.

How to send broadcast email?

  • Under Preferences, click on New Broadcast Email.
  • Select the sample filter.
  • Enter the subject line.
  • Add the variables.
  • Enter the message.
  • Send email.

Can I broadcast members their unique Community url?

Yes. Add the following token where you want the url to apear: {MEMBER_URL} . This will be replaced in the sent mail with the member's respective url.

Communities >> Send >> Preferences >> Broadcast Email
