IdeaScale - Broadcasting Email

I would like to send an email message to all the registred users of my IdeaScale site - How can I do that?

Please Goto:

  • Login »  IdeaScale »  My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) »  Users »  Broadcast Email

Every IdeaScale Portal will have a unique email address. You can email your message to this email address and it will be delivered to all your registered users.

How will I know if the broadcast went successfully?

The system will send the administrator an email notification with the status of the broadcast with delivery details.
